• Final Service Provider: All actual broadband, internet, TV, and mobile services, including physical infrastructure, installation, maintenance, network speed, and billing management, are provided directly by Astound Broadband and its affiliates, subject to Astound Broadband's own customer agreements and service policies.

2. Service Availability, Speeds, and Promotional Offers

A. Geographic Availability
